As a Registered Nurse (RN) at CHI Lisbon Health you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery. Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized comprehensive care making critical assessments performing skilled procedures and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Youll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

What Youll Do:

• Provide direct patient care including medication administration wound care and vital sign monitoring.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management treatment plans and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Respond effectively to emergent situations and provide critical care when necessary.
• Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and regulatory standards.

• Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Registered Nurse: ND (RN:ND)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
