35 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience required

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Active Texas RN license or multistate compact license

BLS certification required

Acute care hospital experience required
Responsibilities

Deliver safe high-quality nursing care using evidence-based practice

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Perform patient assessments education and care coordination

Participate in discharge and transfer planning

Support quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered outcomes

Serve as a resource mentor or preceptor based on experience

Adhere to the Texas Board of Nursing and regulatory standards
