Senior Legal Executive Property
We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client a leading Irish law firm who are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Executive to join their Property team. Opportunity to work within a prestigious Property team
The Role
Provide comprehensive legal executive support to the Property team
Manage a variety of property-related matters including drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts leases and conveyancing paperwork
Maintain and update case files ensuring all documents are accurately organised and easily accessible
Liaise with clients solicitors and external parties offering excellent service and support
Assist with the management of property transactions including due diligence and title investigations
Provide administrative support including managing diaries arranging meetings and coordinating communications
The Person
Essential: At least 4 years experience in a Legal Executive role within Property
Strong knowledge of property law conveyancing processes and relevant legal documentation
Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
Professional and confident communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
