What Youll Do

Provide hands-on IT support for desktops servers networks and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and meet SLAs.
Keep clear detailed notes in our systems and communicate updates to clients.
Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction every time.

Has experience with:
- Microsoft operating systems (desktop & server)
- IP networking (firewalls switches wireless)
- VMware and Remote Monitoring tools
- Office 365 Google Workspace and backup solutions
