Position Summary
JGA is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder (JDA) Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing configuring and supporting Blue Yonder Warehouse Management or Supply Chain modules. This is a fully remote consulting role requiring strong technical knowledge functional expertise and client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS implementations upgrades and enhancements.
- Configure test and deploy Blue Yonder WMS modules to align with client operational requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define warehouse workflows and best practices.
- Develop and document functional and technical specifications for customizations and integrations.
- Support data migration validation and go-live cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support and user training to ensure solution adoption.
- Work with cross-functional teams including developers project managers and integration specialists.
- 3 years of experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management or Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Proficiency in WMS configuration integration and data management.
- Experience with SQL queries and performance troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations order management and inventory control.
- Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote fast-paced consulting environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available).
- Experience with Blue Yonder Labor Management or TMS modules.
- Familiarity with APIs data interfaces or cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).
- Exposure to Manhattan Associates or SAP EWM systems.
- Prior consulting experience with large-scale distribution operations.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience).
