Are you a fluent German speaker (C1/C2) with a customer-oriented mindset We invite you to join our international operations team working 100% remotely from anywhere in Turkey. This role combines effective customer support with rewarding sales opportunities.

Your Role in Detail: You will assist German-speaking customers via inbound calls email and chat. Your main responsibility is resolving inquiries related to orders reservations modifications or general information requests. A key aspect of this role includes offering related services (like travel insurance) where applicable which provides uncapped commission potential. You will act as a professional and empathetic representative for one of the worlds leading brands in its sector.
