Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Coverage Traders to join out client a top prop trading firm based in Singapore. This role involves night shifts to support 24/7 trading operations focusing on high-frequency trading strategies. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HFT application support or production support and on a crypto desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live trading systems during night shifts to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute and oversee high-frequency trading strategies.
- Provide real-time support for trading applications troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance system performance.
- Analyze market data for strategy optimization.
- Maintain logs of trading activities ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in HFT or application support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting applications in Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python SQL) is a plus.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
