Looking for an exciting opportunity to use your language skills in a rewarding international setting We are hiring a dedicated German-Speaking Technical Support Agent to join our team in Porto Portugal!

We offer a stable on-site role supporting users of specialized medical equipment. We provide full paid training so while experience is a plus your enthusiasm and language proficiency are what matter most!

Your Mission

Your core responsibility is to be the reliable voice for our German-speaking clients and healthcare providers. Your tasks will involve a mix of customer care and technical problem-solving:

• Multichannel Service: Handle all incoming communications (phone email chat) from customers addressing their questions concerns and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Device Troubleshooting: Guide users through technical steps to resolve issues with their medical products ensuring they can use their equipment safely and correctly.
• Operational Excellence: Process all orders service requests and returns accurately keeping meticulous records in line with strict compliance and quality standards.
• 24/7 Availability: You must be prepared to work a rotating shift schedule (5 days on 2 rotating days off) which includes day evening and occasional night shifts (22:00 07:00) to ensure non-stop support for our users.

What You Need to Succeed

• Language Mastery: Flawless proficiency in German (C1/Native) is essential. You must also have strong working proficiency in English (B2) for internal communications.
• Commitment to Porto: Willingness to live and work on-site in our office location in Porto Portugal.
• Adaptability: Comfort with and commitment to a full rotational shift pattern covering a 24/7 service window.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills a high level of empathy and a natural ability to troubleshoot and manage sensitive customer interactions.
• Experience: Prior customer service or call center experience is helpful but not strictly required.
