What the role will entail:
- Conceptualize manage and execute event plans and concepts to attain brand and sales objectives
- Serve as point of contact for sponsors managing communication delivering assets and negotiating values
- Support different segments and business units in organizing and managing internal and external events
- Handle post-event reports track and evaluate the performance of sponsorship programs
- Work with different segments and business units for event and merchandising requirements
- Manage campaign budget and facilitate payment invoicing
- Liaise negotiate and onboard vendors for events and corporate giveaways
- Handle event requirements and logistics
- Ensure overall consistency of brand communication and material
- Perform other duties work assignments and functions as may be assigned
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication Arts or Business
- 3-5 years of work experience in relevant or similar position
- Good portfolio of organized events and sponsorship
