About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business process outsourcing (BPO) or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) with proven experience driving new client acquisition building strategic partnerships and expanding market presence globally.
This is a performance-oriented role suited for individuals who are passionate about consultative selling client relationship management and driving revenue growth within the outsourcing sector.
What will you do:
- Identify develop and close new business opportunities across BPO and RPO service lines.
- Conduct market research and lead generation to target potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals presentations and RFP responses to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with operations delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful service implementation and client satisfaction.
- Track and report sales performance pipeline activity and market trends using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events networking sessions and client meetings.
- Contribute to strategic business planning pricing models and revenue forecasting.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Human Resources or a related field.
- 46 years of proven business development or sales experience within the BPO or RPO industry.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing models workforce solutions and recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and craft winning strategies.
- A proactive self-motivated and target-driven professional with a growth mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing regional or APAC accounts.
- Attracting client network within the outsourcing or HR solutions space.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
