Job Summary
Dutch-Speaking Customer Service / Technical Support (Relocation to Greece Start ASAP)
Location: Athens / Thessaloniki / Remote (WAHA possible after training)
Language: Dutch (C2 / Native) English (B2 minimum)
Start date: ASAP multiple start dates in November 2025
Contract type: Permanent (full-time 40 hours per week)

You will handle inbound customer requests via chat email or phone assisting users with product questions order issues or technical support.
Full training is provided no prior experience needed!
What we offer
- Base salary: 1300 gross 14 months
- Monthly performance bonus: up to 300 gross
- Meal allowance: 7.63 net / day (paid 11 months)

Schedule
- 8-hour rotational shifts 2 days off
- Projects may include morning afternoon or evening shifts
Your profile
- Native-level Dutch (C2) good English skills (B2 or higher)
- EU citizen / valid work permit for Greece
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy or motivated to learn new tools
- Previous Customer Service / Technical Support experience is a plus but not required
Start date
Immediate openings training starts every week in November 2025.
