What youll be doing
As a Financial Services Administrator youll provide vital support to Financial Advisers helping to deliver a first-class client experience. Day-to-day youll:
- Record and maintain accurate client information on our back-office system.
- Process new and existing business including pensions investments and protection plans.
- Prepare client documentation and packs ahead of adviser meetings.
- Liaise with product and investment providers to gather key data.
- Keep both planners and clients updated throughout the advice process.
- Review completed files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle general administrative duties to support the wider team.
Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of the firm and the excellent reputation it has built with its clients.
About you
Were looking for someone who brings a proactive professional attitude and a passion for delivering great service.
Youll have:
- At least 1 years experience in financial planning IFA or wealth management administration.
- Understanding of pensions investments and protection products.
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Ideally experience with Intelligent Office.
- A willingness to study for further qualifications and youll be supported every step of the way.
