Your Responsibilities

Help users with account questions policies or technical concerns.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Keep internal records precise and updated.

Your Profile

German (C2/native) and English (B2) proficiency.
EU citizen or holder of Portuguese residence card.
Willing to relocate to Lisbon and start soon.
Prior experience in customer service is great but not required.
