We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant / Administrator to join our Limassol team and become the heartbeat of our daily operations.

You will make sure the office runs like clockwork from welcoming guests and managing supplies to supporting finance tasks and keeping our teams connected. If you enjoy being the go-to person who makes things happen this role is for you!

What You will Do

  • Open and prepare the office each morning ready for another productive day
  • Assist with bookkeeping invoices petty cash and filing receipts
  • Maintain staff timesheets attendance logs and internal records
  • Manage mail couriers and office supplies nothing escapes your radar!
  • Liaise with Head Offices Directors and service providers to keep everything running seamlessly
  • Provide admin support scanning filing data entry and organizing documents
  • Assist with visitors vendors and day-to-day office coordination

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years of experience in office administration or similar roles
  • Excellent English & Greek communication skills
  • Confident with MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and basic accounting entries
  • Organized reliable and takes initiative on what needs to be done
  • Discreet trustworthy and comfortable working independently
