Senior Sales Manager Marine & Power Generation (incl. BESS)

Location: Limassol Cyprus National travel occasional international trips

Are you a results-driven sales leader passionate about energy innovation and the sea

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth for MTU solutions across Cyprus from marine propulsion systems to cutting-edge power generation and energy storage (BESS).

You will be the key force behind expanding our presence in marine power generation and renewable energy markets leading pursuits building partnerships and winning complex high-value projects.

What You will Be Doing

Own revenue growth across Marine Power Generation and Energy Storage portfolios
Build a strong sales pipeline connecting with shipyards utilities EPCs and developers
Negotiate close and deliver multimillion-euro projects in the marine and energy sectors
Develop the Cyprus Oil & Gas market entry plan and identify early opportunities
Represent MTU at industry events delivering impactful client presentations.

Your Background

Engineering degree (Mechanical Electrical Marine or Power Systems); MBA is a plus
5-8 years of technical or solutions sales in marine power generation microgrids or BESS
Track record of winning complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong commercial and tendering skills; able to hold your own in C-suite discussions
Fluent in English; Greek strongly preferred
A proactive hunter-closer with integrity structure and drive
