Youll be the bridge between Product Tech and Business turning ideas into clear actionable user stories.
Your main responsibilities will be to document requirements structure and manage the backlog and ensure the development team has everything they need to deliver value efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from Product or business stakeholders.
- Document user stories acceptance criteria and functional flows.
- Keep the product backlog organized prioritized and up to date.
- Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions.
- Validate deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers in an agile environment.
Experience and knowledge
- 13 years of experience as a Business Analyst Requirements Analyst Product Analyst or Junior Product Owner.
- Experience building backlogs.
- Experience documenting user stories
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with Jira Confluence Notion or Trello.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to identify dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical teams.
- Intermediate or higher English level (for reading and documentation level B2).
