Job Summary
ThispositionforProjectManagertakesfullresponsibilityforavarietyofelectricalneeds from marketing through project close out and customer follow up. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record demonstrating a complete understanding of project management responsibilities including profit supervision customer relations and fiscal and contract management.

- Providemonthlyprojectstatusdetailandpercentofcompletionreports
- Detailedtake-offandestimatingforelectricalservice tenantimprovementlightcommercialandlightindustrialwork
- Marketing&buildingprofitablejobs
- Decisionmakingresponsibilityconcerningprojectcosttimeandperformance
- Cross-sellingofothercompanyoperationsthroughfullyintegratedsolutions
- Interfacingwithcontractorsvendorsandin-houseoperations
- Coordinateanddirectworkforce
- Supportinganinjuryfreeworkenvironmentandsafetyculture
Requirements
- 5yearsconstructionprojectexperienceintheregionalmarketwithprovenrecordof successfulrelationshipsandmarketingskillspreferred
- DDC/Building Automation controls experience required
- Priorexperiencewithdesign/buildpreferred
- Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethods
- Demonstratedabilitytoreadunderstandandwritecontracts
- Experiencedinwritingdetailedscopeproposals
- McCormick estimating software experience preferred or other estimating software
- StrongcomputerskillsExcelWordestimatingsoftware(ConEstaplus)
- Excellentpeoplecommunicationandnegotiatingskills
