Director of Facilities & Building Operations | Facilities

This role will be required to be onsite 5 days per week at our Headquarters located in Fort Mill South Carolina (near Charlotte North Carolina).

Red Ventures is currently seeking a Director of Facilities and Building Operations to join our team! This role will lead and oversee all aspects of facilities management and maintenance operations across our campuses in Fort Mill SC (HQ) New York and Puerto Rico.

It will involve strategic planning budgeting vendor management real estate and operational oversight to ensure the companys facilities are maintained to company standards. This role will also require the ability to effectively communicate and work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to develop and execute maintenance strategies that support the companys growth and operational goals.

What Youll Do:

• Provide leadership and direction to facilities team members including training coaching and development opportunities
• Reinforce a customer service-oriented attitude among team members to encourage the prioritization of leaders and tenants needs
• Lead the facilities team with hands-on guidance to uphold Red Ventures standards of cleanliness functionality and aesthetics across all buildings grounds furniture and equipment fostering a culture of service excellence collaboration and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement facilities management strategies and programs in partnership with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all campus locations
• Meet with leaders and tenants to understand their needs in physical spaces space utilization and act on anyfeedbackto optimize space and productivity
• Develop project plans with timelines and deliverables clearly defined
• Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance including but not limited to electrical plumbing HVAC and general repairs; ensure that all equipment and systems are in good working order
• Manage all major repairs replacements and capital improvement projects includingbudgeting contractor solicitation bid review andproject oversight
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets company standards
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all facilities
• Perform other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree required
• 7 years of experience in facilities management
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Proven experience managing a facilities team and vendor relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong strategic planning andorganizational skillswith the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to managevendor contractsand performance effectively
• Project managementand construction oversight experience preferred

Compensation:

• Total Compensation Range: $130000 - $160000*
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location qualifications and experience
