Job Summary
Education Certifications Experience:
Experience in the General Electric and Pratt/Whitney supply chain
Minimum of a 4-year technical degree in science statistics engineering or quality
Six Sigma Green Belt through an accredited organization Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred
10 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferably aerospace with an excellent track record of business results and increasingly higher levels of responsibility in line operations or engineering leadership roles
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading site level continuous improvement efforts and projects using Lean methodologies
Experience in team development problem-solving conflict resolution building cooperative relationships and effective communications
