Regulatory Operations Jr. Project Manager
Location: Remote (National)
Schedule: Standard business hours
Duration: Through May 2026 with potential to extend or convert
Position Overview This role supports regulatory submission efforts by coordinating and managing the end-to-end preparation tracking and delivery of regulatory documentation. Serving as a key liaison between Product Regulatory and Content teams the Content Regulatory Submission Lead ensures submissions are accurate complete and delivered on time.
This position aligns most closely with a Project Manager II profile and is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels at managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Submission Planning & Scheduling: Partner with product teams to define submission timelines and delivery schedules.

Regulatory Coordination: Collaborate with regulatory partners to identify required documentation and state-specific submission needs.

Tracking & Reporting: Monitor submission progress risks and dependencies; communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Workload & Resource Support: Assist with prioritization and workload balancing to meet submission deadlines.

Document Management: Collect organize and compile documents from multiple contributors into final submission packages.

Quality Assurance: Conduct final QA reviews to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance submission efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications Required:

Bachelor s degree in Project Management Regulatory Affairs or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5 years of experience in regulatory operations project management content management or submission coordination

Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
Preferred:

Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and documentation standards

Experience with Agile methodologies SDLC concepts or Scrum
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
-
PMP certification is a plus
