- Business and asset sales/purchases
- Shareholders agreements and corporate governance
- Companies law partnerships and LLPs
- Commercial contracts and strategic advice
- Corporate reorganisations and restructuring
- Joint ventures and partnering arrangements
- Banking finance and loan agreements
- Insolvency and restructuring matters
