Become part of an exciting directorate within the Digital Technology Engineering Enablement & Solutions team. The EE&S Platform Engineering pillar is seeking an early career individual with technical talent to deliver service-oriented capabilities collaborative learning culture and fuel high quality continuous software and feature delivery. This position is responsible for deployment support and performance of the next generation business integration tools.

**This is a hybrid position in Puerto Rico**

What YOU will do:

• Provide IT systems administration for the eQube DaaS platform hosted on AWS Linuxenvironment.

• Install logging monitoring and Anti-virus and other software as required to keep the infrastructure in compliance with Collins standards

• Work with Cybersecurity GT and the ATO office as required to keep the infrastructure in compliance .

• Develop and maintain automation scripts to automate the deployment of the eQube DaaS platform and the applications/solutions built using the platform

• Monitor infrastructure health and scaling needs

• Own tickets on infrastructure stability network issues scalability

• Working as a team member in troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of a moderate to high scope and complexity to include the integration of application and operating systems (OS).

• Systems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours.

What You Will Learn:

Qualifications YOU Must Have:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.

• Experience with DevSecOps.

• Experience with infrastructure/application administration experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with Cloud Computing

• Experience with Linux

• Experience with containers.

• Operating System Proficiency: Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems in a traditional workload and containerized environment

• Cloud Services Expertise: Experience with AWS scripting (Cloud Formation or Terraform) Azure Kubernetes

• Database Management: Practical knowledge of MySQL databases including setup management and troubleshooting.

• Project Management Tools: Experience using and administrating the Atlassian Suite GitLab

• Scripting Languages: Perl Python

• DevSecOps: Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines security automation and infrastructure as code (IaC).
