Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Coordinator PM for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working.
  • Respond to all phone calls/requests from guests and other departments
  • Monitor computer system PMS stats.
  • Assign rooms to be cleaned each day to room attendants.
  • Dispatch specific requests to floor supervisors and runners.
  • Report any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
  • Ensure that all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate supplies and linens.
  • To ensure hotel guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with the Front Desk.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in department.
  • Prepare paperwork for next day opening and verify schedules. Make changes to associate schedules as needed.
  • Knowledge of hotel facilities and events.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required.
  • Must be able to communicate via radio and phone as needed.
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and management both within and outside of your department.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems.
  • Bilingual preferred in both English and Spanish.
