Job Vacancy: HRIS Data & Integration Analyst (FTC 18 months)

Department: Joint HR & IT (aligned with IT governance)

Reports to: Group PMO

Start Date: Ideally Q4 2025

Purpose of the Role

Volkswagen Group Ireland is seeking a skilled HRIS Data & Integration Analyst to support the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors. This fixed-term contract role (18 months) will ensure smooth data migration testing and post-go-live alignment between local HR IT and VW Group central teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead local data migration activities including template management cleansing and validation across all mock cycles.
• Coordinate with VW Group central IT on interface requirements system keys and connection testing.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including documentation and defect resolution.
• Provide Tier 1 support for local system and data issues during the hypercare phase.

Additional Requirements

• Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering stakeholder engagement and process mapping.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and support solution design.
• Experience in documenting business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
