About the Role

As a Sales Associate/ Bike Mechanic (All-Rounder) youre a key part of the in-store experienceoffering outstanding service reaching sales goals and helping across all areas of the store including merchandising stock management and bike mechanic experience.

Sales & Hospitality

Use our Guide Sales Process to connect customers with the right bikes gear and services.
Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets$400000 per fiscal year for full-time roles.
Develop your sales and customer service skills through training role-playing and on-the-job experience.
Follow up on quotes and lead lists to drive customer conversion.
Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay aligned with the team.
Make customer-focused decisions to provide a positive memorable experience.
Respond to store phone and email inquiries with professionalism.
Assist with UBG/Warranty cases by facilitating exchanges and communicating with Inventory DRI

Product Knowledge

Learn about Trek bikes components apparel and technology.
Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing required training modules.

Store Operations

Support opening/closing duties operate the Ascend POS and complete end-of-day cash-up.
Complete tasks as directed by the Store Manager.
Uphold Treks uniform and presentation standards.

When Not with Customers Youll Help:

Complete the Daily Task List to support store efficiency.
Maintain visual merchandising standards: product placement pricing and restocking.
Conduct weekly Cycle Counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Assemble or pre-assemble bicycles and prep bikes for service by the workshop teambike mechanic experience is highly valued.
Keep both the showroom and back-of-house areas clean tidy and organized.

What Were Looking For

You dont need to be a bike expertbut you should bring energy curiosity and a desire to learn. Mechanical experience is a bonus but not essential.
