Job Summary

Job Title: Control System Engineer

Job Description:

Design program and troubleshoot PLC HMI and SCADA systems (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens Schneider).

Develop and maintain control system documentation including wiring diagrams logic flow and network layouts.

Perform system integration testing and commissioning of automation equipment.

Collaborate with electrical mechanical and process engineering teams.

Prepare detailed technical documentation manuals and operator training materials.

Lead or assist in control system upgrades and retrofits for existing installations.

Integrate control systems with MES ERP or data historians (OSIsoft PI Ignition etc.).

Implement cybersecurity measures for industrial control systems following NIST or ISA/IEC 62443 standards.

Support 24/7 production operations through on-call troubleshooting when required.
