Shift- 6:00am to 2:30pm M - F
Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Manufacturing Associate will perform all aspects of product assembly in a manufacturing cell building instruments and assemblies while following detailed safety and process procedures. The associate will also enter manufacturing data into pre-defined computer programs and report any safety or quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble instruments and product line components using small tools according to process instructions.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures in the manufacturing cell.
- Enter manufacturing data accurately into computer systems.
- Identify and report any safety or quality issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to follow detailed policies and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented detail-focused and quality-conscious.
- Ability to identify safety or production issues and take appropriate action.
