Key Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Design develop and implement manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing robust manufacturing processes and procedures.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
Strong CAD/CAM software skills (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD CATIA) for design and tooling.
Hands-on experience with various manufacturing processes (e.g. machining assembly automation additive manufacturing).
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
Experience in managing manufacturing projects from conception to completion including scope budget and timeline.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with automation and robotics integration
Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
