Your Responsibilities:
- Provide cross-functional support to teams such as Marketing Sales and Operations.
- Coordinate administrative tasks scheduling and internal communication to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and documentation for management and external partners.
- Support order processing data management and system updates with a high level of accuracy.
- Contribute to the organization of internal and external meetings workshops and events.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal queries and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams SharePoint or similar).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- A collaborative mindset positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Service-oriented reliable and adaptable to changing priorities.
Your Background:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in Business Administration Office Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative coordination or multifunctional support role is preferred.
