Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with dispatchers to schedule and arrange daily deliveries and pickups;
Handle exception cases such as delayed or damaged packages and follow up on related data;
Manage shipment and personnel data generate reports and support operational analysis;
Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve on-site operational issues.
Maintain warehouse materials and assist with daily station operations.

Qualifications:

Strong sense of responsibility attention to detail and reliability;

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or data entry tools;

Prior experience in warehouse logistics or operational support is preferred.
