Job Summary

What youll do:

  • Design and execute the commercial strategy for North America
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple states/provinces
  • Expand and strengthen our distributor and partner network
  • Drive new business opportunities with public agencies contractors and dealers.
  • Own and report on the sales forecast and performance to our global HQ.
  • Represent Vallfirest at key industry events trade shows and institutional meetings

What were looking for:

  • 8 years in commercial leadership roles ideally with international B2B focus.
  • Proven experience leading sales teams and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong background in channel development product launches and public sector sales.
  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus.
  • Strategic mindset data-driven decision making in matrix organizations.
  • Willingness to travel 60 80% across the US and Canada.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree (Business Engineering or Economics). MBA or Executive Master in Sales & Marketing is a big plus
  • Specialized training in Sales Leadership or Commercial Strategy
  • Experience with Salesforce HubSpot or other CRM tools
