What youll do:
- Design and execute the commercial strategy for North America
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple states/provinces
- Expand and strengthen our distributor and partner network
- Drive new business opportunities with public agencies contractors and dealers.
- Own and report on the sales forecast and performance to our global HQ.
- Represent Vallfirest at key industry events trade shows and institutional meetings
What were looking for:
- 8 years in commercial leadership roles ideally with international B2B focus.
- Proven experience leading sales teams and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong background in channel development product launches and public sector sales.
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus.
- Strategic mindset data-driven decision making in matrix organizations.
- Willingness to travel 60 80% across the US and Canada.
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree (Business Engineering or Economics). MBA or Executive Master in Sales & Marketing is a big plus
- Specialized training in Sales Leadership or Commercial Strategy
- Experience with Salesforce HubSpot or other CRM tools
