Job Summary
Internship Duration: 2-3 months Full-time
What Youll Do:
As our Graphic Design Intern youll be at the heart of creating Growth HUBs visual identity
across physical and digital spaces:
Brand & Space Design (40%)
Design wall graphics quotes and signage for our workspace
Create branded collateral (posters flyers stickers notebooks merchandise)
Develop visual concepts for member events and activations
Digital & Marketing Design (40%)
Design social media content (Instagram LinkedIn posts and stories)
Create email newsletter templates and graphics
Develop presentation templates for member pitches
Design digital assets for member portal and website
Community & Events (20%)
Create event branding (posters invitations social graphics)
Design Win Board and Founder Wall of Fame visual systems
Produce member spotlight graphics and success stories
Help photograph and document space launch and community events
What Were Looking For
Must-Haves:
Currently pursuing or recently completed degree/diploma in Graphic Design Visual
Communication or related field
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity social media and print design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
Understanding of typography color theory and layout principles
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Figma or Canva
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro After Effects)
Photography skills
Interest in startups entrepreneurship and community building
Understanding of startup culture and founder mindset
