Were looking for a proactive Affiliate Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate should be able to generate new affiliate leads manage existing publisher relationships and optimize campaigns to deliver strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify recruit and onboard new affiliate partners and networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing publishers and advertisers.
Monitor daily campaign performance to ensure delivery quality and profitability.
Optimize campaigns to achieve client KPIs and maximize revenue.
Negotiate deals and payout structures with affiliates.
Collaborate with the internal sales and account management teams to improve results.
Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends and emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
Understanding of CPA CPI CPL and CPS campaign models.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
Basic analytical skills to track performance metrics and draw insights.
