Job Summary

Role Overview:

Were looking for a proactive Affiliate Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate should be able to generate new affiliate leads manage existing publisher relationships and optimize campaigns to deliver strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify recruit and onboard new affiliate partners and networks.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing publishers and advertisers.

  • Monitor daily campaign performance to ensure delivery quality and profitability.

  • Optimize campaigns to achieve client KPIs and maximize revenue.

  • Negotiate deals and payout structures with affiliates.

  • Collaborate with the internal sales and account management teams to improve results.

  • Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends and emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.

  • Understanding of CPA CPI CPL and CPS campaign models.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns efficiently.

  • Basic analytical skills to track performance metrics and draw insights.

  • Self-motivated target-oriented and team player.
