Job Summary

Description

This role requires validating implemented controls meet cognizant design and architecture controls requirements before going into production. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with stakeholders and lead the team to meet the establish deliverable and SLO. The successful candidate will work closely with IT security compliance teams and business stakeholders to ensure that security architecture solutions controls meet business needs compliance requirements and security policies.

Key Responsibilities

Security Control Evaluation of platform Infrastructure Application and Vendors (On-prem and Cloud implementations)
Perform control validation to ensure cognizant polices standards regulatory requirements and Industry best practices
Define key performance metrics and ensure deliverables are met in line with establish SLO
Collaborate with Stakeholders IT & Security teams to address security controls gaps.
Manage evaluation program effectively by mentor & coaching team members.
Subject matter expert in cybersecurity principles to manage risks related to data use processing storage and transmission.
Stay current with new and emerging IT and cybersecurity technologies.
Proven problem-solving skill to handle multiple priority and conflict management.
Ensure the solution built are in line with security reference architecture and controls requirements from design review
Act as primary liaison between the enterprise architect Design review stakeholders CS and IT team.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in information security
Proven experience Security architecture go Live validation (Minimum 5 Years experience)
Should prior experience of manage the team and mentoring the junior resources

Industry Certifications

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – Required
Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) Required
Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) -Required
Azure certifications AZ-500- (Required) SC -300 - (Optional)
Certified Information Security Manager Professional (CISM) – Optional
Cloud certified security professional (CCSP) -Optional

Skills

Experience with cloud and OnPrem solutions (AWS Azure Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management abilities.
Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across functional teams.
