As a Retail Leader you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our retail partnerships. You will lead a team of associates drive strategic cooperation agreements and ensure the delivery of best-in-class service. Your focus will be on securing long-term collaborations developing new revenue streams and enhancing the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and expand cooperation agreements with existing retail partners.
- Ensure all data partnerships align with the Partnership Program framework.
- Deliver exceptional service through your team and digital platforms.
- Identify and recruit strategic new retailers; enhance data inputs (e.g. promotional data).
- Drive sales growth renewals and accurate forecasting of revenue pipelines.
- Deepen penetration of the NIQ/GfK solution portfolio and foster third-party alliances.
- Develop strategic insights into retailer industries markets and clusters.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to define and execute Account Plans.
- Lead coach and inspire your team to achieve targets and grow professionally.
- Align company value propositions with evolving customer needs and market trends.
- Implement global and regional strategies effectively and drive organizational change.
