Job Summary
Our client in the steel industry is seeking a Fitter and Turner in Alberton Gauteng. The successful candidate will hold a trade certificate in fitting and turning as well as have experience in the steel industry.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Perform mechanical tasks
- Maintain plant machinery
- Attending to breakdowns
- Installation of pumps gearboxes valves couplings and machine drives
- Fault finding on pneumatic and hydraulic circuits
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Matric
- Trade Test Fitter and Turner
- 7-10 years experience in the steel industry relating to slitting CTL and Guillotine lines
