Job Summary
Our clients in the consulting space are on the hunt for a Senior Support engineer based in the Westville area. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical capability and excellent customer service with notable hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Windows 11 support administration imaging updates and patch management
- Microsoft Intune device enrolment policy deployment compliance management and remote support
- Active Directory user and group management OU structure GPOs password resets and account provisioning
- Networking fundamentals LAN/WAN DHCP DNS VPN connectivity wireless troubleshooting and endpoint connectivity issues
- General end-user support across desktop laptop and peripheral environments
Requirements
- Matric and a tertiary qualification
- 5 - years experience es a support engineer
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
