Location:88 Tactical Omaha Full-Time Must include 1 weekend day
Are you energetic organized and love connecting with people 88 Tactical is looking for aFull-Time Membership Account Representativeto help engage members manage accounts and promote our one-of-a-kind Guntry Club experience. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting the continued growth of our membership program.

What Youll Do
Be the main point of contact for members from sign-up through their membership journey
Book reservations for lanes classes and the Founders Club
Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and engagement
Track member accounts renewals and activity in the CRM system
Assist with membership events and retention initiatives
Help grow membership engagement and promote the 88 Tactical brand
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Positive team-oriented attitude
Customer service experience preferred
Must be able to work one weekend day
