Project Coordinator Commercial Storefront Division
Location: Santa Cruz CA (Full-Time Onsite)
Compensation: $32$38 per hour (DOE)
Industry: Commercial Doors & Windows / Storefront Systems
About Us
Our client is a rapidly growing subcontractor their close-knit team is expanding its Project Management department and they are looking for a detail-oriented tech-savvy Project Coordinator to join us onsite in Santa Cruz CA.

What Youll Do
- Support a Senior Project Manager in the Commercial Storefront Division.
- Manage and track approximately 20 active projects (new ongoing and closeouts).
- Prepare and maintain RFIs submittals change orders and other project documents.
- Coordinate with clients vendors estimators and internal departments.
- Maintain organized digital project files using OneDrive.
- Use Procore Bluebeam Excel Trello and Microsoft Teams for communication and workflow management.
- Assist with project scheduling material orders and cost tracking.
- Contribute to refining project management processes as the department grows.
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Office Coordinator for a construction subcontractor
- Strong software skills: Procore Bluebeam Excel Trello OneDrive Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Glazier Studio or similar architectural tools is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy adaptable and eager to learn new systems.
- Must be office-based (this is not a field position).
