Job Summary

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced OB-GYN hospitalist to provide comprehensive 24/7 in-house coverage. The responsibilities include:

- Attending deliveries and executing obstetrical triage.

- Conducting thorough patient evaluations and managing care for obstetric patients.

- Assisting in surgical procedures as necessary.

- Continuously monitoring fetal well-being.

- Providing emergency room coverage for OB-GYN patients.

- Collaborating with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists to enhance program delivery.

- Engaging within a hospital that features a Level III NICU and affiliated neonatologists.

- Participating in a community backup call system for gynecologic surgeries.

This is a permanent full-time position that necessitates residency within the immediate vicinity with potential relocation required.

**Qualifications:**

- Candidates must be Board Eligible (within five years post-residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN (REQUIRED).

- A California medical license is mandatory (or willingness to secure one).

- A clean malpractice history and license record is highly preferred.

- Prior experience in OB Hospitalist roles is advantageous.

- DEA certification must be obtained prior to employment commencement.
