Mishas Cupcakes is hiring a Bilingual Baker (English & Spanish) to join our team. If you love the smell of freshly baked cupcakes in the morning are comfortable using Excel to follow inventory-based baking plans and are known for keeping your station clean and organizedwed love to meet you!
What Youll Do:
- Start your shift at 4:00 AM to bake fresh products daily
- Follow production sheets using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare and bake cupcakes cakes and other treats
- Pack special orders store deliveries and wholesale orders accurately
- Keep your work area clean and organized at all times
- Work closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly
Requirements:
- Bilingual English & Spanish (required)
- Excel skills must be able to read and follow inventory documents
- Solid basic math skills for measuring counting and scaling
- Team player with good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Previous baking experience is a plus!

Mishas Cupcakes está contratando un/a Panadero/a Bilingüe (Inglés y Español) para unirse a nuestro equipo. Si amas el olor de los cupcakes recién horneados por la mañana sabes usar Excel para seguir planes de producción y te destacas por mantener tu área de trabajo limpia y organizadaqueremos conocerte!
Responsabilidades:
- Iniciar el turno a las 4:00 AM para hornear productos frescos diariamente
- Seguir hojas de producción utilizando Microsoft Excel
- Preparar y hornear cupcakes pasteles y otros productos dulces
- Empacar pedidos especiales entregas para tiendas y órdenes al por mayor
- Mantener un área de trabajo limpia organizada y segura
- Colaborar con el equipo para asegurar que todo funcione sin problemas
Requisitos:
- Bilingüe Inglés y Español (requerido)
- Habilidad para usar Excel debe poder leer y seguir documentos de inventario
- Buenas habilidades de matemática básica para medir contar y ajustar recetas
- Trabajo en equipo y buena comunicación
- Atención al detalle y compromiso con la limpieza
- Experiencia previa en panadería es un plus
