Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a local heat exchanger manufacturer in Sapulpa OK. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for daily order fulfillment packaging shipping and receiving of materials. This role requires accuracy in documentation safe equipment operation and a strong commitment to maintaining efficient and organized warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily shipping and receiving duties including packaging and order fulfillment.
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move load and unload shipments safely.
Verify incoming and outgoing stock against bills of lading (BOLs) and maintain accurate records.
Load and unload trucks ensuring proper handling of materials.
Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation.
Complete and manage shipping paperwork labeling and documentation accurately.
Perform minimal local driving as needed (CDL not required).
Ensure a safe and organized work area in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

12 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred.
Valid drivers license with clean MVR required.
Forklift and overhead crane experience required.
Must pass a national background check drug screen and pre-employment physical.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be dependable safety-conscious and able to work occasional overtime.
