Job Summary
Automation Engineer Lahore (Onsite)
We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with 23 years of experience in automation testing to join our team in Lahore. If youre passionate about building reliable scalable testing frameworks and ensuring top-quality software delivery wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Plan design and execute tests for large modules features or entire components.
Design and develop feature integration and regression tests using industry-standard tools.
Create and maintain robust automation frameworks and test scripts for web applications.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality at every stage of development.
Work independently to define test strategies and develop automation solutions from scratch.
Participate in CI/CD integration ensuring smooth execution of automated test suites.
Mentor other quality engineers and contribute to improving testing processes and tools.
Requirements
23 years of experience in Automation Testing.
Strong understanding of regression positive/negative white box black box and API testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright (Playwright preferred).
Proficiency in one or more programming languages Java or Python.
Experience in Automated UI Testing and developing automation test scripts.
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control.
Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
Added Advantage
Experience in mobile automation testing.
Exposure to microservice-based architecture API-driven backend testing and tools like GitLab GitHub Jenkins Docker or Kubernetes.
Experience developing test frameworks from scratch and writing Test Strategies/Plans.
