Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer (Fresher) to join our Power & Distribution Transformer division. The role involves supporting the production testing and quality teams in daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in transformer design manufacturing and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in manufacturing assembly and testing of power and distribution transformers.
Support design and quality teams with documentation inspection and analysis.
Learn to read and interpret electrical drawings schematics and specifications.
Maintain daily test reports inspection logs and equipment records.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
Coordinate with senior engineers for maintenance troubleshooting and process improvements.
Participate in technical training and continuous learning programs.
Requirements
B.E. / / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Freshers encouraged to apply).
Basic understanding of transformer operations power systems and electrical circuits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a plant-based environment with discipline and teamwork.
Good communication and reporting skills.
