Virtual Assistant Real Estate (English & Spanish)
Location: Fully Remote

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in the real estate industry to support our client relations administrative operations and lead management. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish confident in client communication and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Communicate professionally with clients agents and partners via phone email and WhatsApp (in both English and Spanish).
Manage client inquiries schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and property information.
Prepare and send property listings presentations and follow-up emails.
Coordinate with agents and marketing teams to ensure listings are current and client needs are met.
Perform basic research on properties neighborhoods and real estate trends.
Support administrative tasks such as calendar management file organization and data entry.
Assist with social media posting and light marketing coordination when needed.

Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Previous experience in real estate property management or a related administrative role.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho HubSpot Salesforce) and productivity platforms (Google Workspace Slack Trello etc.).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional workspace.
Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with U.S. or international real estate processes.
Experience handling inbound and outbound client calls.
Knowledge of social media platforms for business (Instagram LinkedIn Facebook).
