1. 协助制造工程师完成新产品的焊接工艺开发评审和验证

2. 协助制造工程师完成新产品的焊接工装调试

3. 协助制造工程师对现场焊接工艺的持续改进的执行

4. 独立完成简单的焊接工艺的开发

5. 协助新产品的焊接的试制

6 现场问题的处理调查和初步的原因分析

岗位职责:

1.熟悉所要负责产品的图纸和标准作业指导书

2.支持制造工程师解决产品质量问题并进行具体实施

对现场质量问题作出快速反应并支持问题分析按需求进行数据收集更改作业指导书

3. 焊接间接材料的采购

确定焊接过程使用的工具和设备的规格按采购流程采购焊接工具和设备

4.驾驶舱生产流程的更改实施

更新作业指导书更改现场工艺对现场操作人员进行焊接工艺工作流程培训

5.持续改进收集与实施

6.辅助工程师实施现场布局改进

7.现场工时测量实施年度工时测量

8.支持工程师进行新品试制

新产品试制的前期准备提供历史数据支持工装设计参与设计评审和预验收协助现场工装和设备安装调试并记录新产品阶段的所有问题

9.负责焊接中心机器人工艺维护

背景/经验:

- 五年以上焊接实践工作经验优先考虑机器人焊接

- 中专及以上的学历或相等教育

- 较强的学习能力

- 较强的读懂图纸

- 基本电脑操作基本的电脑软件运用

- 基本的英语阅读能力

JOB PURPOSE:

Work together with ME for welding process development of new product. Work together with ME for welding fixture debug and refine of new product. Work with ME for the continuous improvement of existing welding process. Partially develop simple welding process for new products. Assist for pilot welding process. Trouble shooting issue investigation and draft RCCA.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Familiar to the standard work and drawing of cab product.

2. Support ME to solve the quality problem of cab and tracking the action implement.

Quick response to production line for the cab quality problem and support to problem solving; Collect related date as MEs requirement; Update the standard work as MEs requirement.

3. To procure indirect material for welding process

Finalize the model and style for welding tools and equipments; Execute the procurement for welding tools and equipments.

4. ECN implement in cab production.

Update the standard work as ECN requirement; Optimize current welding process; New welding process training for welders.

5. Continue improvement collection and implement.

6. Work with ME to improve current layout.

7. Take operation video to support time study: Support annual time study.

8. Support ME on cab NPI phase.

Preparation for NPI phase; Provide history date to support fixture design fixture design review and pre-acceptance.

9. Responsible for welding center robot procedure maintenance.

Background/Experience

- More than 5 years welding process working experiences is better

- Secondary technical school or above.

- Stronger learning ability.

- Stronger drawing reading ability

- Basic computer skills are required. Basic office software skills.

- Basic English skills are required.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
