Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detailoriented Data Entry Processor to join our team this remote role you will be responsible for accurately processing data that supports our construction operations. Your work will enable our field teams to stay efficient and our projects to maintain strong information controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Review sort and process incoming data files ensuring completeness and accuracy in the remote environment.
Enter data into company systems databases and spreadsheets performing remote quality checks.
Ensure that all processed data meets company standards and is accessible for remote stakeholders.
Assist with data cleansing corrections and documentation of anomalies in a remote work context.
Collaborate with remote colleagues and supporting teams to maintain consistent workflows and data integrity.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certificate preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or processing; strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet/database tools.
Comfortable working remotely managing own schedule and workspace.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
