Complete payments and control expenses by receiving processing verifying and reconciling invoices

Maintain accurate complete and organized digital AP files and emails

Pays vendors by checking discount opportunities scheduling and preparing checks and resolving purchase order contract invoice or payment discrepancies and documentation.
