We are seeking a Senior Growth Partnerships Manager to build and expand strategic relationships with top game this role you will act as a trusted partner to some of the most influential creators on our platform helping them scale their games through advertising user acquisition and monetization strategies.
This position is ideal for someone with 5 years of experience in gaming mobile advertising or user acquisition who combines strong business development and relationship skills with the technical fluency needed to engage senior developer and studio leaders.
Role is based in our San Mateo CA office on Tuesday-Thursday and will report to Head or Immersive Media Solutions
You will:
- Own and grow relationships with top Roblox developers and studios serving as their strategic advisor on user acquisition and how ads support retention monetization and other key metrics of success.
- Develop custom growth plans for high-value partners balancing UA investment monetization strategies and long-term player retention.
- Represent our platforms ad capabilities & be able to speak intelligently about where the platform is heading to educate developers on performance metrics and expectations
- Partner with product engineering partnerships and data science teams to ensure developer needs are reflected in platform improvements.
- Serve as an advocate for developers internally helping shape ad product strategy through structured feedback from top partners.
- Represent the company at industry events building thought leadership and expanding relationships across the gaming ecosystem.
- Mentor junior team members sharing expertise in UA strategy and partnership management.
- Manage growth in key accounts but also be able to support account management and objection handling
You have:
- 5 years of experience in gaming user acquisition ad monetization or developer partnerships.
- Proven track record of managing senior-level relationships with top game developers or publishers.
- Strong understanding of UA and monetization metrics (ROAS LTV ARPDAU CPI retention cohorts incrementality).
- Business development experience including negotiating strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; able to influence C-level developer stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign data and translating insights into strategy.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product engineering data science and marketing teams.
