Responsibilities
Apply clinical reasoning to evaluate students determine diagnoses and create comprehensive plans of care
Demonstrate age-appropriate clinical competencies and adjust treatment according to individual student needs
Follow intervention protocols and revise treatment plans as necessary based on student progress
Accurately document services provided and student outcomes in compliance with school guidelines
Collaborate with teachers parents and school staff to ensure consistent support and maximize the effectiveness of each students IEP
Requirements
Active state license as a Physical Therapist
Current BLS/CPR certification
Minimum of 6 months of relevant PT experience within the last 5 years
